The Time I'm Given
Time Cover Zee owes her life, indeed her very existence to the company. But she is dependent on them for her continued existence, and is legally property of the company. Now the competition has made a breakthrough that could change all of that. She has six days to infiltrate the competition, then find, and steal the secret that could set her free. Along the way she explores the idea of what it might mean to become a real person. She also has to make hard decisions about how she will treat people she thinks of as friends. There is so much to do, so much to gain, and so much to lose in the six days she has. She will have to decide how she will use the time she is given.

But the company wasn't willing to relinquish a multi-million dollar asset without a fight, and had an ace up its sleeve. Now Zee finds herself in another fight for her life. Future Cover Emily chose a mortal life, giving up immortality and enhanced strength and abilities for a husband and child. She preferred a normal life time with a loving family to a lonely eternity. But fate had other plans, giving her only a year and-a-half. As she lies mortally wounded, the man who saved her from death once before and became the father of her child now fights to save her again. He will be forced to collaborate with an old enemy and betray business partners who have been loyal to him. His only hope is a dangerous long shot. He drives himself almost to the point of exhaustion even as he deals with the pain of loss and struggles to take care of their infant daughter. He is assisted in his impossible quest by the enhanced and immortal woman his wife thought of as a sister and her family. He will do what ever it takes to bring back the mother of his daughter, the center of his universe. He is determined to give her a future. .
